` where each joint can be rotated at an angle further allowing for the housing construction
`to be extended and retracted quickly.
`
`The housing being controlled by the roof support bar and length of a push-up bar, so that
`when the housing is constructed and extended, the roof is formed in a naturally sloping
`manner without any vertical support bar at the center thereof. The height of the side bar at
`the entrance can be raised by using an ingenious sidebar support conversion system, which
`allows for people to enter and exist conveniently, and also allows for more use of the
`space at the entrance.
`
`With the rapid progress of society, the pace of life is becoming more and more strained,
`with leisure time becoming more and more important. With this in mind, going outdoors
`and going out to see lush green fields has become a favorite leisure activity for many
`people. However, outdoor activities are never as well-equipped with facilities as indoor
`activities.

`
`
`
`Herewith, the present invention proposes to provide a telescopic frame assembly housing
`construction with one easy operation that is swift as well as having a refined external
`appearance. The present invention gives great peace of mind to those engaging in outdoor
`activities, and even more as the sidebars and roof support bars can be pushed up naturally.
`The center of the roof does not require any supporting members whatsoever, forming one
`gentle slope that does not run the risk of drooping, twisting, or sagging, or forming any
`puddles from rain.
`
`The ingenious design of the sidebars allows for assembly in either an alternately
`intersecting style or a aligned style, raising the entrance in an aligned manner as needed,
`of which a raised side can be set to from one surface to all four sides. In addition, the
`following advantages are available during manufacturing for adding positivity to entering
`and exiting of persons as well as to applications of the present invention.
`1. The integrated nature allows for convenient transportation and carrying.

`3. A neat and tidy form after assembly is completed.
`4. Can be arbitrarily relocated and positioned.
`5. There is no risk of the device being blown over by wind.
`6. There is high mobility.
`7. The doorway is aligned and supported with a raised sidebar, which is convenient for
`people to enter and exit.
`8. The roof of the tent body is pushed up without the need for any type of pillar support in
`the center, increasing the activity space while in use.
`
`As illustrated in FIG. 4, the present invention comprises a plurality of main pillars (1),
`sidebars (5), lower moveable support bar shafts (3), upper fixed support bar shaft bodies
`(4), roof support bars (7), steel ring joints (6), roof frame push-up bars (9), and roof beam
`receiver shaft (8). The main pillars (1) are a square or circular body provided with one
`upper stopping hole (12) on the upper end of each thereof, and is provided such that
`moveable insertion pins (13) are inserted into the upper stopping holes of the main pillars
`(1), which also secures the lower moveable support bar shafts (3) from slipping down (see
`FIG. 16). A plurality of lower stopping holes (11) are provided on the lower ends of the

`
`and a telescopic pillar (2) is provided in the hollow center of the main pillars (1), which
`also have a plurality of stopping holes (22). The use of these stopping holes is such that
`when the telescopic pillar (2) is extended to an appropriate length from within the main
`pillar (1), a moveable insertion pin is inserted into the lower stopping hole (11) on the
`main pillar (1) for securing, which raises and secures the height of the entire housing. A
`bottom base piece (21) is welded and secured to the lower end of the telescopic pillar (2)
`and this increases the stability of the entire housing (see FIG. 11, FIG. 12).
`
`The lower moveable support bar shaft (3) meshed with the main pillar (1) is a square or
`circular hollow-centered pillar (see FIG. 15, FIG. 16) open on both ends, provided with
`two lower sidebar fixed shafts (32), of which both shafts are joined together with one end
`of the sidebars (5). A separate roof push-up bar fixed shaft piece (31) is provided at the
`center angle of both shaft pieces (32). The shaft piece and one end of the roof push-up bar
`are joined together and the hollow center portion in the middle of the lower moveable

`and arranged such that the extension and contraction of the sidebars (5) achieves vertical
`movement. The moveable insertion pin (13) is inserted into the stopping hole (12) at the
`top of the main pillar when the main body has extended to the maximum, and furthermore
`the lower moveable support bar shafts (3) are held and secured preventing the lower
`moveable support bar shafts (3) from slipping down and the entire body from deforming
`or contracting (see FIG. 17).
`
`The upper fixed support bar shaft body (4) is a hollow center pillar that is square or
`circular in shape (see FIG. 14) provided with two upper sidebar fixed shaft pieces (42), of
`which both shaft pieces and an end of sidebar (5) are joined. A roof support bar fixed shaft
`piece (41) is provided at the center angle of both of these shaft pieces (42). The shaft
`pieces and one end of the roof support bars (76) are joined together, and the upper fixed
`support bar bodies (4) are secured to the upper end of the main pillars (1).
`
`The sidebars (5) used in a mixture of an intersecting style or an aligned style (see FIG. 4,
`FIG. 5, FIG. 6), and the clever design thereof allows these to be raised together based on
`demand, thus making the device even more convenient for people to enter and exit.

`
`The intersecting style is assembled with (5a), (5b), and for the aligned style (5c), (5d), the
`sidebars are connected to each other horizontally using one steel ring (6) and constitutes
`one push-up bar (51). The two ends are secured to the upper sidebar fixed shaft piece (42)
`of the upper fixed support bar shaft body (4) and the lower sidebar fixed shaft piece (32)
`of the lower moveable support bar shaft body (3), respectively.
`
`The roof portion is composed of roof support bars (7a), (7b), in addition to the roof frame
`push-up bar (9). The roof support bars (7a) and (7b) are connected by one steel ring (6),
`the front and rear ends of which are secured to a roof frame fixed shaft piece (81) of each
`of a roof beam receiver shaft (8), and the other ends are secured to the top of the roof
`support bar fixed shaft piece (41) of the upper fixed support bar shaft body (4). The center
`pat of the roof beam receiver shaft (8) is a circular or other shape, and a plurality of roof
`support shaft fixed shaft pieces (81) are provided around the periphery thereof (see FIG.
`18).

`
`and to an appropriate position (91) in the middle of the roof support bar (76). The purpose
`of this push-up bar (9) is, in addition to supporting the roof support bar, to also add to the
`overall extension and retraction. The roof support bars are connected together by bolts or
`rivets and washers, and angular rotation is feasible at each connection point.
`
`When the entire body of the telescopic instantaneous frame assembly housing construction
`of the present invention is contracted, the angles of all joint portions nears zero, and the
`volume of the entire body becomes small. When the main body (1) is pulled outward, the
`angle of all joint portions gradually increases and the volume increases correspondingly to
`form a complete housing construction. Moreover, the telescopic pillars (2) of the main
`body (1) can be pulled downwards, adding to the height of the overall construction, and as
`the sidebars and roof push-up bars are used to push up the entire construction, the center
`of the roof naturally forms a sloping shape. The sidebars are assembled in a mixture of
`intersecting and aligned style, such that the entrance can be raised appropriately.

`
`
`When assembling the housing, first push open the four main pillars (1) facing outward
`(see FIG. 9), then push the lower moveable support bar shaft body (3) upward. This will
`automatically raise the roof support bars (7), push-up bars (9), and the sidebars (5) upward.
`The overall body of the construction will gradually expand and unfold. After that, the
`lower moveable support bar shaft body (3) is moveably meshed to the main pillars (1) and
`the roof support bars (9) and sidebar support bars 51 are connected. In other words, as the
`construction is raised gradually along the main pillars (1) as the construction is expanded
`and the roof support bars (7) and sidebars protrude upwards, a housing shape is formed.
`Moreover, when the lower moveable support bar shafts (3) rise and reach an appropriate
`height, the moveable insertion pins (13) inside the main pillars are inserted into the
`midsection of the main pillars (1) which are therefore stopped and secure the entire body
`of the construction in a position (see FIG 17). When contracting the construction, push the
`moveable insertion pins (13) and pull the four main pillars (1) towards the center.
