`Please take notice that pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Patent Owner will take
`
`the deposition of Floyd Romesberg, Ph.D. upon oral examination in these
`
`proceedings as well as in IPR2020-01323. The deposition will be taken on March
`
`15, 2021, beginning at 10:00 am Eastern, or other such time as may be agreed upon
`
`by the parties in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1). Patent Owner’s cross-
`
`examination shall not exceed seven hours, Petitioner’s redirect shall not exceed four
`
`hours, and Patent Owner’s re-cross shall not exceed two hours.
`
`The deposition will be videotaped and recorded by stenographic means by a
`
`court reporter licensed to administer oaths. The deposition will be conducted
`
`remotely, utilizing a video teleconference service. The court reporter will be remote
`
`for purposes of recording the proceeding.
`
