`On December 2, 2020 the Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued a Scheduling

`Order in the Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent No. 6,651,134 (IPR2020-00985,
`
`Paper 14) setting forth due dates for the parties to take action after institution of the
`
`proceeding.
`
`The Scheduling Order further states that the “parties may stipulate different
`
`dates for DUE DATES 1, 5, and 6, as well as the portion of DUE DATE 2 related to
`
`Petitioner’s reply (earlier or later, but no later than DUE DATE 3 for Patent Owner’s
`
`sur-reply) and the portion of DUE DATE 3 related to Patent Owner’s sur-reply
`
`(earlier or later, but no later than DUE DATE 7).” Paper 14 at 7.

`Patent Owner Monterey Research, LLC (“Monterey”) hereby provides the

`notice to memorialize stipulation reached with Petitioner, Advanced Micro Devices,
`
