`The parties in this IPR proceeding reached an agreement to extend Due Date

`2 and Due Date 3. Due Date 2 and Due Date 3, as set forth in the Scheduling Order
`
`entered on December 8, 2020 (Paper 8), were previously extended by Joint
`
`Stipulation to Modify Due Date 1, Due Date 2 and Due Date 3 filed on February 26,
`
`2021 (Paper 13).
`
`Specifically, as permitted by the Scheduling Order, the parties stipulate to the
`
`following modifications:
`
`• Due Date 2 extended from June 11, 2021 to June 18, 2021
`
`• Due Date 3 extended from July 13, 2021 to July 20, 2021
`
`It is not believed that any other action by the parties or the Board is required
`
`for the proposed schedule modification. This stipulation does not affect any other
`
`Due Dates set in the Scheduling Order.
