`Issues to be Presented during Oral Argument
`
`Petitioner requests the opportunity to address all issues raised in the papers
`
`pertaining to the instituted grounds, including:
`
` how Golan, Martin and Togo render obvious claims 1, 4, 8, 12, and 15;
`
`how Golan, Martin, Togo and Levy render obvious claim 9; how Golan,
`
`Martin, Togo and Border render obvious claims 11 and 19; and how
`
`Golan, Martin, Togo and Parulski render obvious claims 10 and 20;
`
` Patent Owner’s secondary considerations arguments;
`
` any responses to issues raised by Patent Owner in its sur-reply or relative
`
`to testimony of experts; and
`
` any responses to issues raised by Patent Owner or the Board at the
`
`argument.

`II. Conduct of the Oral Argument
`
`Petitioner requests that this hearing and the hearing in IPR2020-00862 be
`
`consolidated and that each side be allocated a total of 75 minutes for the two
`
`proceedings.
