`Petitioners, Walmart Inc. and Vudu, Inc., hereby request refund of their post-

`institution fees in the sum of $15,000 deposited in the above proceeding on April 10,
`
`2020, for the foregoing reasons:
`
`
`
`1. Walmart Inc. and Vudu, Inc. filed their Petition for Inter Partes Review
`
`on April 10, 2020, in the above proceeding. At that time, Walmart Inc. and Vudu, Inc.
`
`deposited with the PTAB the inter partes request and inter partes post-institution fees
`
`in the total sum of $30,500. The fees were charged to Cooley LLP’s deposit account
`
`number 50-1283.
`

`

`Prior to the Board’s determination regarding institution, the parties
`
`entered into a settlement of the proceedings.
`
`
`

`On August 25, 2020, the Board entered its Decision – Settlement Prior to
`
`Institution of Trial. (Paper 9)
`
`
`
`For the foregoing reasons, Walmart Inc. and Vudu, Inc. request reimbursement
`
`of the post-institution fees of $15,000.
