`Innovations Co. Ltd. (“Motherson”) hereby provides notice of the deposition of

`Michael Nranian, for a cross-examination of Mr. Nranian’s testimony appearing in his
`
`declarations, Exhibits 2001 and 2010, in this proceeding and the exhibits as cited
`
`therein. The parties have conferred and agreed that the deposition will be held on
`
`Friday, February 26, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. ET at the Detroit, Michigan office of Jones
`
`Day: 150 W Jefferson Ave Suite 2100, Detroit, MI 48226, (313) 733-3939. In view
`
`of the uncertainty surrounding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, arrangements will
`
`be made for the deposition to be conducted virtually. This deposition will be recorded
`
`by audio, stenographic, and/or visual means, and be taken before a Notary Public or
`
`other person authorized to administer oaths.
