`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of California

`and have been admitted to practice before and am in good standing with the Federal

`Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States

`District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California.

`I have not been suspended or disbarred from practice before any court

`or administrative body.

`I am counsel for Liquidia Technologies, Inc. in the pending litigation

`between the parties involving U.S. Patent No. 9,604,901 before the U.S. District
`
`Court for the District of Delaware entitled United Therapeutics Corporation v.

`Liquidia Technologies, Inc., Case No. 1:20-cv-00755-RGA.
