`On September 23, 2020, Petitioner Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
`
`(“Petitioner”) filed a Request for Rehearing (Paper No. 12) concerning the Board’s
`
`Decision (Paper No. 11) denying institution of this IPR proceeding. The parties have
`
`subsequently reached a settlement that resolves their dispute with regard to several
`
`patents, including the patent challenged in this proceeding. Therefore, pursuant to
`
`the Board’s authorization granted via email on October 13, 2020, Petitioner
`
`respectfully submits this Motion to request that the Board withdraw Petitioner’s
`
`Request for Rehearing. Petitioner has conferred with Patent Owner Bell Northern
`
`Research, LLC, which indicated that it does not oppose the present Motion.
