`Plaintiffs, in an effort to streamline this case for trial and in consideration of Huawei’s

`withdrawal of its anticipation defenses for U.S. Patent Nos. 6,604,216 and 8,437,293 (Dkt. 248),
`
`hereby provide notice that they will not present claim 22 of the ’293 patent to the jury.

`Accordingly, Plaintiffs will present patent infringement claims for the following claims during the

`jury trial in this matter:
