`
`In view of the recent jury verdict in Optis Wireless Technology, LLC v. Apple Inc., Case No. 2:19-cv-000666
`(E.D. Tex.)—a case involving the patents asserted in IPR2020-00642, IPR2020-00465, and IPR2020-00466—
`the parties shall file in each respective IPR a notice indicating which patent claims (for the respective patent
`challenged in the IPR) were asserted at trial to be invalid and the ground(s) of invalidity for each claim
`presented at trial. Such notice in each IPR should be filed no later than August 19, 2020. The notice may not
`include any argument or briefing.
