`Before the Court is Plaintiff Canon, Inc.’s Unopposed Motion for Leave to File a

`Supplemental Claim Construction Brief Regarding Indemnification Issues. (Dkt. No. 117.)

`Having considered the Motion and noting that it is unopposed, the Court is of the opinion that it
`
`should be and hereby is GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff has leave to file its
`
`Motion.
`
`It is further ORDERED that (1) Defendants are GRANTED leave to file a nine page
`
`Response within seven days of the filing date of the Motion, (2) Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to
`
`file a two page Reply within three days of the filing date of Defendants’ Response, and (3)
`
`Defendants are GRANTED leave to file a two page Sur-Reply within three days of the filing date
`
`of Plaintiff’s Reply, if any.
