`Pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 42(b), Petitioner Apple Inc.

`(“Apple”) and Respondent Rembrandt Wireless Technologies, LP, (“Rembrandt,”

`and together with Apple, the “Parties”) file this stipulation of voluntary dismissal of
`
`Apple’s Petition for a Writ of Mandamus, No. 20-112.
`
`The Parties have resolved all claims for relief asserted by Rembrandt in the
`
`proceeding below and have jointly moved to dismiss with prejudice the underlying
`
`suit in the Eastern District of Texas. Joint Mot. to Dismiss, Dkt. 181, Rembrandt
`
`Wireless Techs., LP, v. Apple Inc., No. 2:19-cv-00025-JRG (March 25, 2020). The
`
`Parties agree that each will bear its own costs and fees. Accordingly, the Parties
`
`jointly stipulate to dismissal of this proceeding.
