`PROCEEDINGS

`Case management conference conducted jointly as to the two related matters. The Court queries
`Packet Intelligence as to the status of IPR (request to be filed within the month; determination
`whether to institute proceedings takes approximately 6 months). Counsel for Packet Intelligence
`requests that individual trials be set in the two matters with a few months of separation between
`the two. Mediation shall occur in each case within 60 days of the Claims Construction Order.
`Formal ADR will trail claim construction. Counsel will confer and stipulate to case discovery
`schedules and any other dates not included below.
