`Subject: Request for Conference Call ‐ IPR2020‐00335, ‐00336, ‐00337, ‐00485
`
`Dear Board,
`
`Counsel for Packet Intelligence respectfully requests a conference call to discuss the request for extension submitted via
`email on May 4 regarding preliminary responses in the following related IPRs: IPR2020‐00335, IPR2020‐00336, IPR2020‐
`00337, and IPR2020‐00485.
`
`In that request, Patent Owner requested a 29‐day extension of time to file its preliminary responses in the related IPRs.
`These responses are currently due on May 14. The basis for the request for extension relates to difficulties due to the
`COVID‐19 outbreak. Petitioners do no oppose the requested extension.
`
`Patent Owner has conferred with counsel for Petitioners. All parties are available Tuesday (5/12) after 3:30 PM ET and
`Wednesday (5/13) between 1 and 3:00 PM ET.
`
`Sincerely,
