`pp. 46–48), Petitioner Samsung Display Co., Ltd. and Patent Owner Solas OLED Ltd. write to request
`the Board’s authorization to submit the attached April 17, 2020 claim construction order (issued in
`co-pending district court litigation in E.D. Texas) into the record in IPR2019-01668, IPR2020-00140,
`and IPR2020-00230.

`Additionally, in IPR2020-00230, Petitioner Samsung Display would like to request authorization to
