`Scheduling Order (Paper 11), the Parties hereby stipulate to modify DUE DATE 1

`as follows:

`• DUE DATE 1 will be changed from November 30, 2020 to December

`14, 2020.

`A revised DUE DATE APPENDIX is attached showing the changes made relative
`
`to the latest schedule in redline. This stipulation does not affect or otherwise
`
`modify the dates for DUE DATES 2-8. It is not believed that any other action by
`
`the parties or the Board is required to effect the proposed schedule modification.
`
`As further agreed by the Parties, Patent Owner files this Notice on behalf of both
`
`Parties.
