`Subject: Re: IPR2020-00260, 261 and 262 PO's preliminary response
`
`Dear Mr. Kellog,
`
`In view of the Patent CARES act Notice (came into effect yesterday March 31, 2020)(a copy I
`downloaded and attached to this message), I would like to get maximum extension of time
`allowed under this Notice to file a preliminary response in cases IPR2020-00260, 261, and 262. I
`know you advised me to meet and confer the petitioner before contacting you again. However
`since Patent CARES act automatically allows the extension of time, I am cc'ing the petitioner.
`(As a Pro se, I am severely affected for the lack of help/ability to do research due to the shelter-
`in-pace in San Jose, CA which is as of now extended till May 3, 2020).
`Please let me know.
`
`
`Best Regards,
`
`Venkat Konda

`Mr. Konda,
`
`The Board has received a voice mail message from patent owner seeking additional time to file a
`preliminary response in cases IPR2020-00260, 261, and 262 due to the shelter in place order in
`California. The inquiry did not provide a specific time request for the extension. Accordingly, the Board
`will extend the due date for the preliminary response in those cases for two weeks, from March 24, 2020,
`to April 7, 2020. If more time is necessary, patent owner should meet and confer with counsel for
`petitioner and contact the Board by email to request additional time.

`Dear Mr. Kellogg,
`
`
`
`
`
`Please advise if Coronavirus and shelter-in-place all over the country has any effect on the
`deadlines for PO's Preliminary response of IPR2020-00260, 261 and 262 which is due on March
`24, 2020 (Tuesday Next week)? Please let me know if I can request for an extension.
