`(“Petitioner”) submits the following objections to certain exhibits submitted by

`Patent Owner. Petitioner’s objections apply equally to Patent Owner’s reliance on
`
`these exhibits in any filed documents. These objections are timely, having been
`
`filed within five business days of the filing date of Patent Owner’s Request for
`
`Rehearing (Paper No. 26).

`Exhibits 2025-2027
`
`Petitioner objects to Exhibits 2025-2027, as these exhibits constitute new
`
`evidence that was not in the record at the time the Board its institution decision
`
`(Paper No. 22). Patent Owner did not establish good cause for such new evidence,
`
`nor did Patent Owner obtain authorization from the Board for submission of such
`
`new evidence. Petitioner further objects to Exhibits 2025-2027 for lack of
`
`relevance under Rules 401 and 402 of the Federal Rules of Evidence.
