`The following is Patent Owner, ImmerVision, Inc.’s, Mandatory Notice

`Information Under 37 CFR § 42.8(a)(2) for Inter Partes Review Case No.

`IPR2020-00179. Patent Owner respectfully submits this mandatory information

`within twenty-one (21) days of service of the Petition for Inter Partes Review of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 6,844,990, which was filed on November 27, 2019. Patent Owner
`
`respectfully submits the Mandatory Notice Information Under 37 C.F.R.

`Patent Owner ImmerVision, Inc. is the real party-in-interest in the present

`Inter Partes Review. Patent Owner owns all right, title and interest to U.S. Patent

`No. 6,844,990 (“‘990 patent”) via an Assignment, recorded at Reel 015071, Frame
`
`0574, and a subsequent Change of Name, recorded at Reel 050878, Frame 0639
`
`with respect to the ‘990 patent.

`Related Matters
`
`The ‘990 patent is presently asserted against LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. and
`
`Petitioner LG Electronics Inc. in two complaints filed October 19, 2018 in the U.S.
`
`District Court for the District of Delaware (ImmerVision, Inc. v. LG Electronics
`
`U.S.A., Inc. et al., Civil Action No. 1-18-cv-01630; and ImmerVision, Inc. v. LG
`
