`
`1 Immediately after submitting its Patent Owner’s Response, Solas discovered that it had
`mistakenly filed an unsigned copy of the Flasck declaration as Exhibit 2001. It immedi-
`ately (and prior to the deadline for filing the Response) filed a new copy of the Flasck
`declaration with his signature, which was recorded in the E2E system as Exhibit 2007,
`but which is stamped as Exhibit 2001. There is no difference between these two docu-
`ments other than the addition of the signature in the filing recorded as Exhibit 2007. To
`reduce confusion, the parties have agreed to consistently refer to the Flasck declaration
`as Exhibit 2001. Samsung has not disputed the admissibility of the Flasck declaration or
`suggested that it should be given less than its full weight due to this filing error.
