`By this Notice, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, and through prior agreement

`with counsel for Patent Owner SOLAS OLED, LTD., Petitioner SAMSUNG

`DISPLAY CO., LTD. AND DELL INC. will conduct cross-examination by
`
`deposition of Richard Flasck, by and through its attorneys, on November 11, 2020,
`
`beginning at 9 a.m. PT or as otherwise subsequently agreed to by the parties.
`
`In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and various restrictions in
`
`jurisdictions where Petitioner’s offices are located, the deposition will be conducted
`
`by remote audio and video means. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, the cross-
`
`examination will take place remotely before a notary public or other officer duly
`
`authorized to administer oaths, and will be recorded by videotape, sound, and/or
`
`stenographic means.
