`Scheduling Order (Paper No. 10) and the parties’ prior stipulations (Paper Nos. 11

`and 12), as follows: DUE DATE 1 is extended from September 4, 2020 to September
`
`23, 2020 and DUE DATE 2 is extended from November 20, 2020 to November 24,
`
`2020. DUE DATE 3 was previously extended to December 28, 2020 (Paper No.
`
`11).
`
`Patent Owner will not file a motion to amend in this proceeding. Therefore,
`
`the parties are not seeking to stipulate to a different date for the portion of DUE
`
`DATE 2 related to any opposition to a motion to amend.
`
`It is not believed that any other action by the parties or the Board is required
`
`for the proposed schedule modification. This stipulation does not affect any other
`
`Due Dates set in the Scheduling Order.
