`Scheduling Order (Paper No. 10) as follows: DUE DATE 1 is extended from August
`
`21, 2020 to September 4, 2020 and DUE DATE 2 is extended from November 13,
`
`2020 to November 20, 2020.

`Patent Owner will not file a motion to amend in this proceeding. Therefore,

`the parties are not seeking to stipulate to a different date for the portion of DUE

`for the proposed schedule modification. This stipulation does not affect any other
`
`Due Dates set in the Scheduling Order.
