`As stated in Patent Owner’s previous mandatory notice, Teleflex

`Innovations S.A.R.L. merged into Teleflex Medical Devices S.A.R.L. Since that

`time, Teleflex Medical Devices S.A.R.L. transferred ownership of U.S. Patent No.
`
`RE45,760E to Teleflex Life Sciences Limited. The assignment documents were
`
`recorded with the United States Patent & Trademark Office on January 27, 2020.
`
`The additional real parties in interest identified by Teleflex have not
`
`changed. As stated in Patent Owner’s previous mandatory notice, these real parties
`
`in interest are: Vascular Solutions LLC, Arrow International, Inc., and Teleflex
`
`LLC. Teleflex Incorporated is the ultimate parent of the entities listed above.
