`The Parties have conferred and agreed that Petitioners, Medtronic, Inc. and

`Medtronic Vascular, Inc., by and through their attorneys, will conduct cross-
`
`examination deposition of Patent Owner’s declarant, Dr. John Graham, as follows:
`
`A first cross-examination deposition will take place beginning at 6:30 A.M.
`
`CT on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 via remote deposition, and will consist of
`
`cross-examination of the opinions offered in Dr. Graham’s declarations in IPR
`
`Nos. 2020-00126, -00128, -00132, -00134, -00135, and -00137.
`
`A second cross-examination deposition will take place beginning at 9:00
`
`A.M. CT on Thursday, November 19, 2020 via remote deposition, and will consist
`
`of cross-examination of the opinions offered in Dr. Graham’s declarations in IPR
`
`Nos. 2020-00127, -00129, -00130, -00136, and -00138.
`
`The depositions will be taken before a court reporter, notary public, or other
`
`person authorized by law to administer oaths. The depositions will be recorded
`
`stenographically and by video with arrangements to be made by Petitioners’
`
`counsel.
