`Teleflex will conduct cross-examination of Petitioner declarant Michael Jones as

`follows:
`
`A first cross-examination deposition will take place beginning at 10:00 A.M.
`
`CDT on Monday, January 18, 2021 via remote means, and will generally focus on
`
`opinions offered in Sections I, II, III, V, VII, and VIII Mr. Jones’ declaration.
`
`A second cross-examination deposition will take place beginning at 10:00
`
`A.M. CDT on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 via remote means, and will generally
`
`focus on opinions offered in Sections IV, VI, IX, X, XI Mr. Jones’ declaration.
`
`Patent Owner notes that there is substantial overlap in Mr. Jones’ declaration
`
`and it may not always be feasible to maintain bright dividing lines between Day 1
`
`and Day 2 subject matter.
`
`These depositions will be taken before a court reporter, notary public, or
`
`other person authorized by law to administer oaths. The depositions will be
`
`recorded stenographically and by video.
