`Yesterday, Petitioner filed two exhibits as Exhibits 1006 and 1007; however, the record already includes
`exhibits with these designations. Appropriate correction is required.
`
`On or before Friday, October 16, 2020, Petitioner is authorized to: (1) refile these exhibits as Exhibits
`1008 and 1009, and (2) file a corrected version of Petitioner’s Reply that is identical to Paper 17, but with:
`(a) a corrected and updated exhibit list and (b) edits to reflect the new exhibit numbers. Concurrently
`with any such filing, Petitioner shall provide to Patent Owner a redline that shows all differences between
`Paper 17 and this corrected Reply, and Petitioner shall certify that no changes have been made to the
`exhibits other than the identified exhibit number.
`
`Any objections to this approach must be raised to the Board by Friday, October 16, 2020. After
`correction, the Board will expunge the exhibits erroneously filed as Exhibits 1006 and 1007.
