`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §§ 42.10, 42.20, 42.22, and 42.8, and as authorized by

`the Board by email, Patent Owner respectfully requests that the Board authorize the
`
`withdrawal of Brett Mangrum (Reg. No. 64,783). The Patent Owner will continue
`
`to be represented by attorneys with the Etheridge Law Group, namely Lead Attorney
`
`Ryan Loveless (Reg. No. 51,970) and Backup Attorneys Jim Etheridge (Reg. No.
`
`37,614) and Jeff Huang (Reg. No. 68,639).
`

`
`SHOWING OF GOOD CAUSE
`
`This IPR is currently on remand from the Federal Circuit. Mr. Loveless, Mr.
`
`Etheridge, and Mr. Huang were counsel of record throughout the underlying
`
`proceeding. Mr. Mangrum is no longer associated with the Etheridge Law Group.
`
`The withdrawal will not cause any material prejudice to any party or any delay in
`
`any of the proceedings. See 35 U.S.C. § 316(b).
`
`Counsel for Petitioner has indicated that Petitioner will not oppose the
`
`withdrawal of Mr. Mangrum.
`
