`Patent Owner has decided that it will not seek amendment under 35 USC 316(d) in any of its pending
`IPR proceedings, namely: IPR2019-01625; IPR2019-01627; IPR2019-01629; and IPR2019-01649-54.
`
`As the May 28th Order issued in some of the above captioned IPRs indicated that the previous
`proposal to change scheduling may be reconsidered if Patent Owner elected not to pursue
`amendment under 35 USC 316(d), the parties now jointly request that the Board reconsider the
`earlier submitted proposal (Ex. 3001), which has been updated (attached) to reflect the Order (as
`well as the June 1st Order and June 2nd Order in the other IPRs). As previously discussed, the
`proposal would align the proceedings into two groups of cases. Also, Petitioner’s counsel will update
`back-up counsel designations to ensure that statements made by counsel in the oral arguments of
`the first group of consolidated hearings are universally applicable.
`
`While the parties may stipulate to change some of these dates (e.g., Due Dates 1-3), as the Board’s
`involvement is necessary for other dates (e.g., Due Date 4), the record may be simplified by a single
`Order reflecting the attached proposal.
`
`The parties are available for a conference call as well should there be a need.
