`RE: IPR2019-01471: Authorization to File a Motion to Submit Supplemental Information
`Wednesday, November 4, 2020 5:17:28 PM
`
`Counsel,
`
`We have reviewed Patent Owner’s request ultimately concerning submitting as supplemental information,
`under 37 CFR §42.123(b), a claim construction order issued in Uniloc 2017 LLC v. HTC America, Inc., No.
`C18-1732 (W.D. Wash.). Based on this order being issued on October 26, 2020; being directed to the
`challenged patent; and Patent Owner’s representation that “[a]ll of the Petitioners have indicated that
`they would not oppose Uniloc’s motion,” we authorize Patent Owner to file as an exhibit the
`aforementioned claim construction order on or before November 6, 2020.
