`On September 28, 2020, we issued an Order scheduling an oral
`hearing to commence at 10:00 AM (Eastern) on October 22, 2020 by video.
`Paper 29, 2, 7.
`On October 22, 2020, before the oral hearing was scheduled to
`commence, Patent Owner’s backup counsel emailed the Board and requested
`that the Board reschedule the oral hearing due to the illness of Patent
`Owner’s lead counsel.
`In response to the email from Patent Owner’s counsel, the Board
`conducted a conference call with counsel for the parties on October 22,
`2020. During the conference call, counsel for the parties indicated their
`availability for an oral hearing to commence at 1:00 PM (Eastern) on
`October 26, 2020.
`Under the circumstances, good cause exists to reschedule the oral
`hearing.

`ORDER
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s request to reschedule the oral hearing
`is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that the oral hearing is rescheduled to
`commence at 1:00 PM (Eastern) on October 26, 2020; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the oral hearing will be conducted by
`video pursuant to the procedures outlined in the September 28, 2020, Order
`(Paper 29).
