`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), 35 U.S.C. § 316(a)(10), and the Board’s
`
`February 4, 2020 Revised Scheduling Order (Paper 12) setting oral hearing, if
`
`requested, on November 12, 2020. Petitioner respectfully requests an oral hearing.
`
`In view of the current pandemic situation, Petitioner requests that oral argument be
`
`conducted remotely and respectfully requests guidance on the procedures and
`
`logistics for doing so.
`
`Request for Oral Argument
`
`Petitioner requests (without any intent to waive consideration of any issue
`
`not requested) to address the following issues at the oral hearing:
`
`• Ground 1: Claims 1, 3, 6, and 9 are rendered obvious by Sherman (Ex.
`
`1004); and
`
`• Ground 3: Claims 1, 3, 7, and 9 are rendered obvious by Shellhammer
`
`(Ex. 1005).
`
`Petitioner requests the ability to reserve a portion of its total time for
`
`presenting rebuttal arguments after Patent Owner’s presentation. Petitioner
`
`additionally requests that the Board provide the capability to display demonstrative
`
`exhibits, for displaying documents of record. In accordance with the Trial Practice
`
`Guide, Fed. Reg. Vol. 77, No. 157, at 48768, Petitioner will contact the Board
`
`Trial Division paralegal to discuss this request.

`Petitioner requests that the Board grant a joint hearing for this proceeding
`
`(IPR2019-01350) and another proceeding (IPR2019-01349) for the same patent

`between the same parties, giving each side 75 minutes of oral argument for the

`joint hearing. The parties are in agreement that 75 minutes per side is appropriate
`
`for this joint proceeding.
`
