`Sandeep Chatterjee, Ph.D. is a seasoned technology expert and business professional with
`almost two decades of hands-on contributions as a thought leader, technologist, consultant,
`entrepreneur, and author. He is an expert in computer software and hardware systems, with
`particular emphasis on distributed systems and architectures, service-oriented architectures
`(SOAs), software-as-a-service (SaaS) and Web Services, end-to-end security, quality-of-service
`(QoS), communications and telecommunications systems, as well as mobile and wireless
`systems and applications. He is the co-author of a book on developing enterprise computing
`systems, which has been adopted by over 100 universities worldwide.
`Dr. Chatterjee also has extensive experience with providing expert testimony for intellectual
`property and commercial litigation, including for high stakes patent litigation, copyright and
`trade secret misappropriation, contract disputes and patent licensing cases. He has testified at
`trial, and has had his deposition taken more than 40 times. Dr. Chatterjee combines strong
`experience with expert testimony within the context of litigation together with worldwide
`experience in designing, architecting and implementing complex computing systems.
