`I, Clifford Berg, do hereby declare and say as follows:

`1. I am a citizen of the United States of America and am more than twenty-one
`
`(21) years of age. I have been retained by counsel for Petitioners. I am being
`
`compensated at a rate of $200 per hour, and I am being provided with, or
`
`reimbursed for, my expenses. My compensation is no way dependent on the
`
`outcome of this case.
`
`2. In late 1997, I authored an article entitled “How Do I Create a Signed
`
`Castanet Channel.” That article became publicly available when it was
`
`published on Dr. Dobbs journal on January 1, 1998. The article is still
`

`3. I have reviewed EX1009 in this case. EX1009 is a true and correct copy of
