`Granting Petitioner’s Motions for Withdrawal and Substitution of Counsel

`This Order applies to each of the listed cases. The parties are not
`authorized to use this caption for subsequent papers.

`This is not an expanded panel. Rather, we exercise our discretion to
`issue a common paper in each proceeding, which have overlapping panel
`members, with a joint caption.

`On March 17, 2020, counsel for Lenovo Holding Company, Inc.,
`Lenovo (United States) Inc., and Motorola Mobility LLC, Petitioner, filed
`motions for withdrawal and substitution of counsel in each of the above-
`identified proceedings. IPR2019-00988, Paper 18; IPR2019-01278, Paper
`11; IPR2019-01279, Paper 10 (“Motions”). The Motions request that
`“Charanjit Brahma (lead counsel) and Dustin Weeks (back-up counsel),” of
`Troutman Sanders, LLP be permitted to withdraw from the proceedings, and
`further requests that “John Alemanni and Matthew Meyer,” of Kilpatrick
`Townsend & Stockton, LLP “be designated lead and back-up counsel,” for
`Petitioner.3 Motions at 1. Petitioner represents that new lead counsel, John
`Alemanni, and new back-up counsel, Matthew Meyer, meet the requirements
`of 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(a) as registered practitioners. Id. Additionally,
`Petitioner indicates that Patent Owner does not object, and asserts that the
`Motions “will not hinder the economy, the integrity of the patent system, the
`efficient administration of the Office, or the ability of the Office to timely
`complete” these proceedings. Id. at 1–2.
`
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motions are granted, and Charanjit
`Brahma and Dustin Weeks are allowed to withdraw as counsel from the
`above-identified proceedings.
