`Subject: IPR2019-01196 - Request for Reply to POPR
`
`Dear Honorable Board,
`
`On October 11, 2019, the Patent Owner filed a Patent Owner Preliminary Response for IPR2019-
`01196. The Petitioner, Intel Corp., requests authorization to file a short Reply to address Patent
`Owner’s argument that the Board should exercise its discretion under 35 USC 314(a) to deny institution
`based on the current state of the district court litigation.
`
`The Petitioner requests a 5 page Reply, due 10 days after an Order granting Petitioner a Reply. The
`Patent Owner opposes the Petitioner’s request for a Reply. The parties are available for a conference
`call (1) between 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm ET on Thursday October 24, (2) between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm
`ET on Friday October 25, and (3) after 11:30 am ET on Tuesday October 29.
`
`Respectfully,
` Daniel Williams
`
`Counsel for Petitioner
