`This is a request to expunge Ex. 1027. Last night, Petitioner inadvertently filed Ex. 1027, a
`confidential document, in IPR2019-01191. While speaking with Eric at the PTAB office this morning
`to discuss resolution options, he marked yesterday’s Ex. 1027 filing confidential to Board and Parties
`and advised to (1) re-file the corrected document and (2) email the Board to formally request
`expungement of Ex. 1027. The attached public document was filed this morning. Please expunge
`Ex. 1027 filed on November 13, 2019. Our apologies for this error.
