`Circulation at the University of Colorado Boulder Libraries in Boulder, Colorado (the

`“Library”).

`I am familiar with the regularly conducted record-keeping, cataloging and indexing

`activities and practices of the Library as they pertain to all references, books, magazines

`5. A true and correct copy of the OpenCable Architecture by Michael Adams (hereinafter

`“QpenCable Architecture textbook”) as kept by this Library is Exhibit 1011.

`6. The Library maintains a catalog of all references that is available for membersofthe public
`
`to search. An entry for the reference discussed in paragraph 5 was maintained in this
`
`catalog. An accurate copy ofthe catalog entry for the OpenCable Architecture textbookis
`
`attached as Exhibit A. The catalog can be searched by author,
`
`title, and subject. In

`particular, the OpenCable Architecture textbook was cataloged under the subject “Digital

`my knowledgeofpractices of the Library and my review of the Library’s business records,

`the OpenCable Architecture textbook were cataloged, searchable, and accessible to the
`
`interested public from the Library at least by July 14, 2000. The entry “CAT DATE”in
`
`Exhibit B indicates that the OpenCable Architecture textbook was catalogued on July 14,
`
`2000. From July 14, 2000 until present, the OpenCable Architecture textbook waslisted
`
`in the Library’s online catalog available to membersofthe public. Exhibit B is a screenshot
`
`of the Library’s online catalog showing the OpenCable Architecture.
`
`. The Library’s records that are regularly maintained in the course of its operation reflect
`
`that the OpenCable Architecture textbook is in the Library’s collection and is available to
`
`members ofthe interested public.
`
`. The Library’s acquisition records for the OpenCable Architecture textbook is attached as
`
`Exhibit C. Based on my experience at the Library and knowledge of the Library’s
`
`practices, the Library’s acquisition records are made and kept in the ordinary courseof the
`
`Library’s operation. Entries in the acquisition records are recorded at or near the time of
`
`the event that is being recorded. The entry “ODATE”indicates that the Library ordered
`
`the OpenCable Architecture textbook on Jan. 11,2000. The entry “RDATE”indicates that
`
`the OpenCable Architecture textbook was received by the Library for cataloging on Feb.
`
`15, 2000.
