`RELATED MATTERS UNDER §42.8(B)(2)

`As noted in the Petition for Inter Partes Review filed on April 4, 2019, the
`
`district court had issued a tentative order on claim construction in the pending
`
`litigation between Petitioner and Patent Owner, but had not yet issued its final claim
`
`construction order. (See Petition (Paper 2), at 2.) On April 11, 2019, the district
`
`court entered its Corrected Final Ruling on Claim Construction/Markman Hearing
`
`(dated April 5, 2019), which contains claim construction rulings relating to the
`
`following terms recited in the challenged claims: “icon,” “wireless communication
`
`device,” “messaging correspondent,” “a numeric character representing a count of
`
`the plurality of different messaging correspondents for which one or more of the
`
`electronic messages have been received and remain unread.” (See Ex. 1124 at 9,
`
`41.)
