`
`Petitioner also identifies CommScope Holding Company, Inc. as a real party in
`
`interest without admitting that it is in fact a real party in interest.
`
`Related Matters: The ’535 Patent is the subject of the following judicial or

`interest in this proceeding but was later re-registered as a private company and
`consequently renamed as ARRIS International Ltd., in connection with the recent
`acquisition of ARRIS International plc by CommScope Holding Company, Inc.
`Accordingly, Petitioner has listed ARRIS International Ltd., as a real party in
`interest.
`2 ARRIS Group, Inc. was originally listed by Realtime in its Complaint in Civil
`Action No. 1:17-cv-02097 (D. Colo.), but later merged into Ruckus Wireless, Inc.
`Accordingly, ARRIS Group no longer exists as an independent entity.
