`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, Patent Owner respectfully requests oral
`
`argument in IPR2019-00612, IPR2019-00613, and IPR2019-00614.1 Oral argument
`
`for all three proceedings is currently scheduled for May 5, 2020.
`
`The Parties have met and conferred and jointly request that IPR2019-00612
`
`be heard first. The Parties further jointly request that IPR2019-00613 and IPR2019-
`
`00614 be heard and argued as a combined hearing due to the substantial overlap of
`
`issues in these two proceedings. The Parties jointly request that each side be granted
`
`one (1) hour for argument in IPR2019-00612. The Parties further jointly request that
`
`each side be granted one (1) hour for argument in the combined hearing for IPR2019-
`
`00613 and IPR2019-00614.
`
`Pursuant to the USPTO’s notice regarding PTAB oral hearings occurring after
`
`March 13, 2020, Patent Owner intends to participate via remote video and/or
`
`telephonically.
`
`Patent Owner requests oral argument on the following issues:
`
` any issues related to the Board’s Institution Decision and the instituted
`
`grounds;
`
`
`1 IPR2019-01011 was joined with IPR2019-00613 as the lead proceeding.
`
`IPR2019-01012 was joined with IPR2019-00614 as the lead proceeding.
`

` whether Petitioner has met its burden of proof that the Challenged Claims are
`
`unpatentable over the cited art references in the instituted grounds;

` rebuttal to any issues raised in Petitioner’s oral argument or rebuttal;
`
` rebuttal to Petitioner’s presentation on all matters, including those listed
`
`above; and
`
` any additional issues for which the Board seeks clarification.
