`Monday, July 27, 2020 12:40:58 PM
`
`Your Honors,
`
`Petitioners seek leave to file a motion to strike Section II.B from Patent Owner’s responsive claim

`construction questions the Board authorized in Paper No. 24 and for presenting new technical
`arguments that go beyond the scope of replying to the Petitioners' opening claim construction
`brief.
`
`Patent Owner has indicated that it does not oppose this motion for leave provided that it is afforded
`an opportunity to file an explanation of its position.
`
`The parties are generally available for a conference call during the week of July 27 between 9am to
`3pm Eastern or otherwise at the Board’s convenience.
`
`Respectfully,
`
