`to file, concurrently with a Joint Motion to Terminate With Respect to Starbucks

`Corporation Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317 and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74 (Paper 11), Exhibit

`2005—the Confidential Settlement Agreement between Fall Line and Starbucks—
`
`as confidential business information, which shall be kept separate from the public
`
`files of the involved patent. In view of this request, the Confidential Settlement

`Agreement has been filed for access by the “Parties and Board Only.” The parties
