`Petitioner filed an authorized Motion to Withdraw Counsel in each of
`these proceedings. Paper 10.2 Petitioner explains in its Motion that Jon H.
`Beaupré is no longer affiliated with the firm covered by the relevant power
`of attorney, and accordingly moves for withdrawal of Mr. Beaupré as
`backup counsel in these proceedings. Id. Petitioner represents that Patent
`Owner does not oppose the Motion. Id. Petitioner has also filed an updated
`power of attorney and updated mandatory notices, which identify two
`registered practitioners as backup counsel. Papers 11, 12. Under these
`circumstances, we grant the Motion.
`
`It is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Counsel is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Jon H. Beaupré is no longer recognized
`as counsel for Petitioner in either of these proceedings; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall continue to have a
`registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel in these proceedings.
