`In light of the Board’s Decision Granting-In-Part Patent Owner’s Motion for

`Additional Discovery dated October 7, 2019 and Email dated October 9, 2019,

`Patent Owner and Petitioner (“Parties”) have met and conferred and have agreed

`that (1) Petitioner will produce all documents responsive to the discovery requests,
`
`as amended by the Board (Exhibit 3003 in IPR2019-00497, -500; Substituted
`
`Exhibit 3001 in IPR2019-00514), by close of business on October 14, 2019, and
`
`(2) the Parties be given a one-week extension of DUE DATES 1, 2 and 3 in all
`
`three IPRs. The Parties stipulate in this IPR as follows:
