`AND NOW, this 26th day of November, 2018, following a telephone conference with the
`
`parties, and upon learning of potential additional litigation regarding new patents that are related
`
`to the patents-in-suit, it is hereby ORDERED that
`
`1. The September 24, 2018 Scheduling Order in Civil Action No. 17-414 (Doc. No. 114) is
`
`VACATED. The parties may continue to exchange documents.
`
`2. By no later than January 7, 2019, Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint in Civil Action
`
`No. 18-1476 that includes all patents to be litigated.
`
`3. Immediately following the filing of the amended complaint, the parties shall meet and
`
`confer regarding a proposed schedule for both Civil Action No. 17-414 and Civil Action
`

`No. 18-1476. By no later than January 16, 2019, the parties shall file a joint letter setting

`forth their agreement/positions on consolidating and scheduling the above-captioned
`
`actions.

`4. A telephone status conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
`
`Counsel for Plaintiff shall initiate the conference call with Counsel for Defendants before
`
`calling Chambers.
`
