`

`

`Cases IPR2019-00358
`Patent No. 5,796,183
`
`Pursuant to the Scheduling Order in this case IPR2019-00358 (Paper 13), the
`
`
`
`undersigned counsel for Patent Owner UUSI, LLC d/b/a Nartron (“Nartron”) and
`
`Petitioner Apple, Inc. (“Apple”) (collectively, “the parties”) hereby stipulate to
`
`extend Due Dates 1, 2 and 3 in this case by one week each.
`
`Under the Scheduling Order, the parties are permitted to stipulate to
`
`extensions of Due Dates 1, 2 and 3, so long as Due Dates 4 and 7 are not affected,
`
`and so long as no date is extended later than Due Date 7. See Paper 13 at 6-7. The
`
`parties’ stipulated extension complies with these requirements, because it does not
`
`affect Due Dates 4 or 7, and it does not extend any date past Due Date 7.
`
`Therefore, the parties respectfully request that the Board enter this Stipulation,
`
`and extend Due Dates 1, 2 and 3 as follows:
`
`Due Date
`1
`
`Original Deadline
`October 28, 2019
