`1 This Order addresses issues that are common to both cases. We exercise
`our discretion to issue on Order to be filed in each case. The parties are not
`authorized to use this style heading for any subsequent papers.

`Patent Owner has filed an Unopposed Motion for an Extension of
`Time to File the Preliminary Response in these cases. In particular, Patent
`Owner seeks to extend the due date for the Preliminary Response fourteen
`days to April 23, 2019, to “synchronize” the date with other inter partes
`reviews that were filed on the same date. Patent Owner’s request to
`“synchronize” those dates shows good cause for the extension.
`Upon consideration of the unopposed motion, it is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Unopposed Motion for an Extension
`of Time to File the Preliminary Response is granted; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the deadline for Patent Owner to file its
`Preliminary Responses in these cases is extended to April 23, 2019.
