`
`On July 24, 2020, Indivior UK Limited (“Indivior”) filed a notice of appeal
`
`of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s Final Written Decision entered on June 2,
`
`2020 (Paper 49) (the “Final Written Decision”), in the above-captioned inter partes
`
`review of United States Patent No. 9,687,454 B2. Petitioners Dr. Reddy’s
`
`Laboratories S.A. and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Inc. (collectively, “DRL”) file
`
`this notice of cross-appeal from the Final Written Decision. This notice of cross-
`
`appeal is timely filed within 14 days of Indivior’s Notice of Appeal. Fed. R. App.
`
`P. 4(a)(3); 37 C.F.R. § 90.3(a)(1).
`
`DRL’S CROSS-APPEAL
`
`Please take notice that, pursuant to 35 U.S.C. §§ 141(c), 142, 319; 37 C.F.R.
`
`§§ 90.2(a)(1), 90.3(a); and Federal Circuit Rule 15, DRL hereby cross-appeals to
`
`the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the Final Written
`
`Decision and from all underlying orders, decisions, rulings and opinions.
`
`DRL’S ISSUES ON CROSS-APPEAL
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a)(3)(ii), DRL’s issues on cross-appeal
`
`
`
`include at least: (i) whether the Board erred in holding that DRL had failed to
`
`show by a preponderance of the evidence that Claim 8 of U.S. Patent No.
`
`9,687,454 B2 is unpatentable; and (ii) any finding or determination supporting or
`
`related to this issue and all other issues decided adversely to DRL in any order,
`
`

`decision, ruling, phone conference decision, and/or opinion.

`Simultaneously with this submission, DRL is filing (i) a true and correct
`
`copy of this Notice of Appeal with the Director of the United States Patent and

`required docketing fee, with the Clerk of the United States Court of Appeals for the
`
`Federal Circuit as set forth in the accompanying Certificate of Filing.
